The company «CEC-MC» was founded in 1994. The main trends of our activity are delivery of electronic components for serial production and informational providing of working-out process, including consultations, development and production of means of debugging, completing devices and instruments of various application. The high scientific and technical potential as well as wide experience of our specialists mean stability and successful development of our company.

The company has been dealing with creating products on the basis of the supplied components since 1996. Starting from 1998 our own production has been organized on the basis of the line of surface installing of printed-circuit-boards.

Assembly and installation is a part of complex solution by CEC-MC of up-to-date electronic devices production, and includes such aspects as:

The great mass of modern electronic devices is being made on printed-circuit-boards with prevailing use of surface mounting. For solution of this task we have:

devices for dosed putting of soldering paste of stencil type;
one- and two-head automation machines for installing components ECM93/96/98 with productivity up to 6500 components per hour. Available optical technical vision allows to center the elements with high precision without contact for. Depending on the tasks the automata are able to install the elements simultaneously on various plates with dimensions up to 400×450 mm, or to unite in a conveyor line;
three-zone furnace of conveyor type «Raduga III» that provides the necessary temperature profile of soldering of various components with proper good repeatability and high productivity;
visual control system «Mantis». Stereo picture with high resolution, great intensity of sharpness and optimal color transmission as well as regulated lighting getting with its help, guarantee effective execution of works.

For the present day even dealing with the most technological product one can rarely avoid the classic soldering in the pinholes. For realization of this purpose we use modern Weller soldering stations of different productivity with precise maintenance of working temperature and protection against static electricity.

For carrying out works at the junction of surface and classic installation technologies as well as for reworking works we use PACE three- channel soldering station PRC with various executive devices and a large number of nozzles. All works are being fulfilled by highly qualified specialists.
